| 摘 要： | 目前社会对人才需求呈现多变性，要求高校人才培养也要多样性。潜在课程坚持社会需求第一，能力本位的理念。满足不同层次人对教育的不同层次的需求，对改善学生较为单一的知识结构，增强其就业能力起到明显的作用，是拓展学生发展空间的一个有效载体。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the society needs varied talents,therefore,the university should bring up varied talents.The potential carriculum takes society command as first purpose and capability as the basic notion.It can satisfy the people in different levels,improve the students' single intellectual structure,strengthen their ability of getting a job.It is an effective carrier of expanding their scope. |
