| 摘 要： | 农村贫困人口在我国数量较多、分布较广,这不仅仅是一个经济问题,也是一个严重的社会问题。导致农村贫困人口群体产生的原因有很多,要彻底解决我国农村贫困人口问题,实现稳定脱贫,必须建立完善的农民脱贫支持体系,从科技、教育、社会保障、基础设施建设等方面采取有力措施。

| Abstract: | There are many poor people in Chinese countryside. This is not only an economic problem,but also a social issue. There are many causes leading to poverty. To solve the problem entirely, we must set up a support system to get rid of poverty,which includes science and technology, education, social insurance, infrastructure and so on. |
