| 摘 要： | 营利性大学在许多国家的法律层面得到认同。营利性大学在一些国家出现和发展的根本原因,一是由于高等教育自身的"准公共产品"特征,二是由于几乎所有国家对高等教育的资金投入都存在短缺问题。本文以美国营利性大学为分析对象,目的是对营利性高等教育组织的基本运营特征做初步的探究。
