摘    要:面对日益严峻的就业形势,做好就业指导和服务工作已成为高校之间的共识,但地方性高校受就业师资力量和地域劣势等条件的影响,形势更为严峻,本文从就业指导培养机制等多个方面阐述如何构建具有地方特色的高校就业指导与服务体系长效机制。

Abstract:Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation,higher institutes have reached a consensus that to make an effective employment guidance and service work.However,influenced by some disadvantages,like unqualified teachers team and inferior regional conditions,the situation is becoming more serious.This paper expounds how to build a long-term mechanism,which is full of local characteristics,for employment guidance and service work,in terms of several aspects,including cultivating mechanism for employment guidance.
