论民间游戏在教育中的人本诉求及施行策略

摘    要:本文基于"以人为本"人本关怀价值的关照,教育使命的理性反思以及幼儿教育阶段民间游戏在幼儿园中开发与利用现状的重新审视,指出民族地区幼儿园施行民间游戏资源开发利用是教育因地制宜、发展生命之应然。针对民间游戏在幼儿教育过程中人本价值缺失的现实,本文从落实职责、体验式教学、选材与创编等方面探讨了幼儿园应如何通过教学设计有效施行游戏教育的问题。

Abstract:Based on the value of human-oriented conception,the rational introspection of education mission and rethinking the degree of exploitation and using condition of folk games in the kindergarten,this paper points out that it is inevitable for life’s development and accord of education with local condition to apply local games in kindergarten in minority areas.Aiming at the lose of value of human-oriented,this paper will discuss how could kindergarten practice game education effectively through teaching design from practice of responsibility,experience-oriented education,material selection and composing.
