摘    要:针对高中生考后的不良认知,选择认知行为疗法进行心理干预和疏导可以纠正学生不良的认知行为,提升其增强战胜困难的信心,提高学习质量.

Abstract:Aims at the adverse cognitive of middle school students after examination,to select cognitive behavior therapy to carry on psychological intervention and counseling can correct students’ bad cognitive behavior,enhance their confidence to overcome difficulties,to improve the quality of learning.
