中学生物实验植物芳香油提取方法的优化

摘    要:本实验以玫瑰和八角茴香两种植物为实验材料,探讨了中学生物实验有关植物芳香油提取的方法,以优化实验方法。通过改进的实验处理方法测定对不同植物材料的芳香油浓度和纯度的影响。经过反复试验,得出最适合中学的植物芳香油提取方法为采用八角茴香作为实验材料,以水蒸气蒸馏法,提取的八角茴香芳香油,既节省了成本,又达到了教学效果,改进了中学生物实验中植物芳香油提取的方法。

Abstract:This experiment takes roses and fennel two plant species as experimental materials,to discuss the extraction method of middle school biological experiments plant aromatic oil,in order to optimize experimental method.Through the improvement of the experimental methods for determining the effects of concentration and purity of different plant materials of aromatic oil.After repeated tests,to draw the most appropriate plant aromatic oil extraction method is to use star anise as experimental material,by steam distillation,to extract star anise aromatic oil,saving cost,and to achieve the teaching effect,improve the extraction method of plant aromatic oil of middle school biological experiments.
