| Abstract: | The status of fuzzy language in Britain-American contract law is promoting with China’s accession to the WTO,this article starts from the perspective of Britain-American contract law,to point out the rationality of fuzzy language phenomenon,to study the pragmatic functions of fuzziness and the basic principles to apply fuzzy language in practice. |
