浅谈高职院校图书馆在学生专业技能培养中的作用

高职教育以培养市场需要的一线技能型人才为重要目标。技能的形成和发展离不开知识的支持。高职院校图书馆作为知识存储的重要机构,本应在推动学生专业技能发展方面发挥重要的作用。但在实际工作中,高职院校图书馆的利用率普遍不高,产生这种问题的根本原因是图书馆的办馆理念脱离高职教育的特色需求。因此高职院校图书馆应当转变办馆理念,调整工作方式,变被动为主动,拓展功能定位,主动融入人才培养的大局当中。

Discussion on the function of higher vocational college library in the students' professional skill training

The higher vocational education takes to cultivate the skilled personnel to meet the market need as the important target.The formation and development of skill is inseparable from the support of knowledge.Vocational college library as the important institution of knowledge storage,should play an important role to promote students’ professional skills development.But in the practical work,the utilization rate of higher vocational college library is not high,the cause of the problem is the library management ideology separate from the characteristics demand of higher vocational education.Therefore the libraries of higher vocational colleges should change the concept,adjust working way,become passive to be active,expand the function of positioning,initiative into the training situation.
