科学发展观和我国民主法治建设现状研究

科学发展观,是对党的三代中央领导集体关于发展的重要思想的继承和发展,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想既一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论,是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。如何使之在我国的民主法治建设过程中发挥应有作用,尤其使其可持续发展理论进一步与法治发展相结合更快更好的使我国的民主法治环境上升到新的高度,是我们现阶段应当思考的问题。

Scientific outlook on development,is the inheritance and development of the important thoughts on development of the Party’s third generation of central collective leadership,is the embodiment of world outlook and methodology about the development,is the scientific theory come down and keeping pace with the times with Marx Lenin,Mao Ze-dong thought,Deng Xiao-ping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents",is the important guiding principle of China’s economic and social development,is the major strategic thinking the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to and implement.How to make it play its due role in our country’s construction of democracy and rule by law,especially the combination of theory of sustainable development and the development of rule by law to make our country’s democracy and the rule of law environment to a new height,is the problems our present stage should think about.
