| 摘 要： | 本研究采用问卷法和访谈法研究了藏、汉大学生个人自身压力和社会环境压力的特点。个人自身压力,包括家庭压力、适应压力、健康压力、恋爱压力、自卑压力和挫折压力。社会环境压力,包括人际压力、择业压力、情绪压力、学校环境压力和学业压力。并在性别、年级、家庭来源方面进行对比研究。

| Abstract: | This study adopts questionnaire method and interview method to study the characteristics of personal pressure and social pressure of Tibetan and Han students.Personal pressure including the family pressure,adaptation pressure,health pressure,love pressure,inferiority pressure and frustration pressure.Social environmental pressure including interpersonal pressure,employment pressure,emotional pressure,the school environment pressure and academic pressure.And studies from gender,grade,family sources comparatively. |
