| 摘 要： | 在现今社会迅猛发展的今天,我们的中职学校政治课教学的课堂质量与政治教师人格素养更加凸显其中密切联系,作为我们基层的教育工作者,我们中职学校政治教师如何以高尚的道德人格、完备的知识体系、充沛的情感投入,以自己独特的人格修养,去影响和塑造学生的人格品质,这对于我们教育质量的提高有着现实的意义。
