| 摘 要： | 在封建国家,对于地方社会教育的推行来说,地方政府无疑是最为关键性的力量,它甚至决定着地方社会教育的状况。集教育家与地方官吏为一身的中国古代理学教育家,对地方政府如何推行地方社会教育进行了诸多的思考并总结了许多成功的经验,对研究当今如何充分发挥地方政府在地方社会教育中的作用有重要的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | In the feudal countries, the local education largely depends on the local government, which is decisive to the educationalstatus in the very area. So the official educationalists, also known as the science educationalists, have accumulated successful empiricisms, which hence may as well serve as a stimulus in regard to the development of the local education. |
