| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国小学体育业余训练的现状分析，阐述了在小学业余训练中施行俱乐部制管理，取得了一定的成效：增加了业训时间，缓解了经费不足，扩大了选才队伍，提高了学生兴趣，从而促进学校业训的质量．通过研究分析试行，提出见解，与同行探讨。
