| 摘 要： | “严进宽出”和“宽进严出”是两种截然不同的高校人才培养模式 ,有其各自的表现形式和特点 ,我国正处于由“精英教育”向“大众教育”的过渡时期 ,改革旧的人才培养模式 ,建立新的、适应高等教育发展大众化的人才培养模式 ,是社会发展对高等教育改革提出的新的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on adiscussion of forms and features of the closed-door and open-door undergraduate enrolling policies. It is assumed that China is experiencing a transitional period from rarity to public education, and that the out-of-date educational model ought to give way to a new and proper model applicable to all. Hence, some reforming strategies are proposed, together with four trouble-shooting solutions during the reforming processes. |
