| 摘 要： | 大学新生的教育是大学教育的基础,班主任的工作至关重要.大学生已属于成年人,班主任的工作不能再以中学的强制管理方式进行管理,应对大学新生进行多方面引导,使他们尽快适应大学学习和生活的要求,为顺利完成大学学业奠定基础.
