| 摘 要： | 围绕船舶发生的物权或债权关系是我国《海商法》调整对象的重要组成部分 ,而海商法规范的船舶相对于日常生活中所说的船舶而言只是一个狭义的概念。我国《海商法》调整的几类海事法律关系中船舶的范围也各有不同。笔者以我国海商法第三条中船舶的定义为基础对各章节中所适用的船舶之具体范围进行详细分析 ,力求弄清其区别与联系 ,以便对海商法理论的研究和海事审判实务有所益处

| Abstract: | This essay explain briefly those ships which could be regulated by the Maritime Code of the People's Republic of China,and the notion and scope of which are only a part of the general ship.The scope of those ships relating to those different kinds of maritime legal relationships regulated by this code is also different.Based on the above this essay continues to analyze those ships regulated by most charters of this code,all of which may be beneficial to both the theoretical study and the legal practice relating to this code. |
