| 摘 要： | 我国医疗责任险实施于1999年,但目前进行得不甚理想。存在的主要问题是法律环境不完善、医疗责任保险自身存在缺陷等。未来发展趋势是走强制性医疗责任保险和自愿性综合医疗责任保险相结合的道路。

| Abstract: | The Medical Responsibility Insurance Policy has been applied in our country since 1999,however,it doesn't go ideally at present.The legal environment is not perfected,and there exist some deficiencies,which are the main problems now.It is a future tendency to combine the compulsive medical responsibility insurance and voluntary medical responsibility insurance together. |
