论高校师本管理策略

摘    要:高校师本管理是以高校教师为根本的现代管理理念和管理模式,充满着人性的关注;首先分析了高校师本管理的重要性及其三层涵义,然后重点探讨实施师本管理的四项策略:重视师本管理理念,构建平等、民主、和谐的人际关系,建立科学高效的激励机制和加大教师资源的开发力度;指出师本管理的实施定能提高高校的管理效益,促进高校的快速发展。

Abstract:College teacher-based management characteristic of humanistic concern is a modern management idea and management model directed at teachers.The paper first analyses the importance and the connotations of teacher-based management,then focuses on explorations on its four implementation strategies: attaching great importance to teacher-based management ideas,constructing equal,democratic and harmonious interpersonal relationship,establishing scientific and efficient incentive systems and improving the development of teacher resources.It is pointed out that the application of teacher-based management is bound to increase collegial management benefit and speed up its development.
