On Strategies for Teacher-based Management in Colleges and Universities

College teacher-based management characteristic of humanistic concern is a modern management idea and management model directed at teachers.The paper first analyses the importance and the connotations of teacher-based management,then focuses on explorations on its four implementation strategies: attaching great importance to teacher-based management ideas,constructing equal,democratic and harmonious interpersonal relationship,establishing scientific and efficient incentive systems and improving the development of teacher resources.It is pointed out that the application of teacher-based management is bound to increase collegial management benefit and speed up its development.
