| 摘 要： | 经济体制的市场化必然要求各种社会生产要素实行市场化，民办高等教育作为培养提高劳动力素质的基础行业，其市场化具有必然性。同时，教育自身又有自己的特殊性，因此，就有必要对民办高等教育各种课题加以研讨。本文就民办高等教育的办学路子，经营管理模式，服务学生观念，优化教师队伍等在市场化过程中的把握进行了探讨。
