嘉陵江流域:构建成渝经济区北部新兴经济带和增长极

提出了"依托两极、三江、重要交通干线和三市、两区,建设五个基地、一个屏障、连接我国西南与西北的新兴经济带和成渝经济区北部增长极"的总体战略,以及"扶贫攻坚、两化互动、交通突破、流域经济、开放合作、文化重塑"等六个方面的重点任务和进一步加快嘉陵江流域开发建设,促进成渝经济区北部快速发展的目标定位。

Jialing River Basin: The Construction of Emerging Economic Belt and Growth Pole in Northern Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone

This paper proposes an overall strategy as "relying on the two growth poles,three rivers,the major trunk lines,three cities and the two economic zones";and "setting up five bases,a barrier,and developing an Northern Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Growth Pole and a economic belts which connecting the China Southwest and the China Northwest".It also points out six basic tasks as "poverty alleviation,urbanization and industrialization,traffic restriction breakthrough,opening and cooperation,valley economics,cultural reform".In addition,it proposes a targeting goal of further developing Jialing River Basin to accelerate the rapid economic growing in northern Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.
