| 摘 要： | 由产品质量事故所引发的赔偿问题严重影响了人民生活和社会安定,在市场经济高速发展的社会环境下,不仅要提高人们的自我保护意识与法律意识,还要根据我国产品质量立法现状,明确产品质量事故的界定及其赔偿责任的构成,才能彻底解决相关问题与法律纠纷,维护市场经济的良性循环。

| Abstract: | The product quality contingency evoked the compensation,which affected the people's life and society stable.The highly developed market economy.not only improve self protect awareness and law awareness but defined the product quality contingency determination and the form of compensation liabilities under the quality law making which absolutely solved the related problem and law issue defend the market economy on the way to well-circulation. |
