| 摘 要： | 本文为改进和完善对高校教师教学质量进行定量的评价方法，引进了层次分析法（AHP），并结合高校教师教学的各方面工作内容，分层次设置不同的评价指标，结合了专家评价组的不同评价，形成了定量评价高校教师教学质量的综合评价，使评价结果更趋于合理。

| Abstract: | In order to modify the method of quantitative evaluation for the tea ching quality the AHP is provide,and the evaluation indexes at level is given t o combine different aspects of teaching work and compromise various evaluations from the evaluation's group of experts.In this case a comprehensive quantitati ve university teaching evaluation system is established,which makes the results of the evaluation more reasonable. |
