| 摘 要： | 期刊编辑的著作权是存在的。从性质上说，这种著作权是邻接权的一种，其内容包括署名权、修改权、保护作品完整权以及许可他人使用并获得报酬的权利。确立期刊编辑的著作权是对编辑创造性劳动的肯定和尊重，对编辑工作起到极大的激励作用。

| Abstract: | The copyright of journal editors exists. In terms of its nature, it is one of the neighbouring rights, including signature right, revising right, works-integrity-protecting right and allowing-works-used-and-being-paid right. To establish the right is confirmation and respect of the editors' creative work and is an incentive to the editors' work. |
