| 摘 要： | 生命科学与生物技术直接关系到社会发展、国民经济增长、食物安全,城乡人民健康水平和生活环境质量的改善.本文从国家战略需求和科学发展态势的分析入手,阐述了我院生命科学与生物技术的竞争地位和发展动态,从学科部署、研究平台建设和队伍建设等方面提出了跨越发展的战略举措.
