| 摘 要： | 区域发展理论经历了由追求区域经济增长、区域经济发展的传统发展理论到谋求区域可持续发展的现代发展理论的发展过程，区域可持续发展理论是多学科思想的集成，是区域发展理论的最高层次。区域可持续发展是可持续发展思想在地域上的落实与实现，是区域可持续发展系统中各子系统协调发展的结果。是区域发展的最高境界。

| Abstract: | The theory of regional development has went through the process from pursuing the increase of regional economy and the development of regional economy to seeking regional sustainable development. Regional sustainable development is not only the realization of the theory of sustainable development in various regions but also the result of balanced development of all the subsystems in the regional sustainable development system, so it is the highest level in the regional development. |
