个性缺失教育的危害及原因探析

摘    要:在我国的现实教育中,严重存在着的“听话”教育、追求标准答案、自由时空满占、千人一面的课堂教学模式等个性缺失教育现象,伤害了学生的身心健康、退化了学生的潜能、丧失了学生的创新性。造成学生个性缺失教育的现实原因主要有政府部门对教育行使管理职能的缺位与越位、考试制度改革的滞后、评价指标的不均衡性、教师自我管理的缺失、学生主体性的丧失等。

Abstract:In our real education systems,there is a universal phenomenon,that is,education of personality lack,in which teachers ask students to "obey"their words;both teachers and students pursuit the only answer;students'free time are occupied by study;class teaching ferm are always same etc.It does harm to students'physical and mental health and weakens their potential ability and strangles their creativity as well.The causes of that are maily as ollows:government departments overlock or over-control educational development;the refermation of examination are sluggish;the items ofevaluation are out of balance;teachers lack self-mangment;students can not take principal partin teaching and so on.
