民族民间文化传承人才培养模式的构建

少数民族在历史演进中创造、积累、形成了多姿多彩的民族民间文化，民族民间文化是支撑本民族生存和发展的原生动力。经济全球化在一定程度上对民族民间文化造成了冲击和排挤。因此，必须培养优秀的民族民间文化传承人才，以保护民族民间文化的生存与活力。通过对现有民族民间文化传承人才培养模式的分析，提出必须要整合各方力量，强调政府的主导作用，突出各级各类学校在民族民间文化传承人才培养中的主体作用，以家庭教育为基础，以民族认同和社会需要为目标。构建政府主导、家庭启蒙、中小学灌输、高校教育提升、社会接纳五位一体的少数民族民间文化传承人才培养模式。

Study on the Construction of Training Pattern of Ethnic Folk Cultural Heritage Talent

Ethnic folk culture is the primary motive force supporting the national survival and development. To a certain extent, the globalization of economy impact to the ethnic folk culture. Thus, it is necessary to cultivate excellent folk cultural heritage talent so as to protect the survival and vitality of the ethnic folk culture. On the basis of analyzing on the existing pattern of ethnic folk cultural heritage, this present article proposes some suggestions on how to cultivate talent in ethnic folk cultural heritage.
