摘    要:市场竞争、消费心理的改变,使酒店中的个性化服务越来越重要.与标准化服务相比,个性化服务更注重宾客个性化的心理感受,以期达到宾客的满意.在酒店的个性化服务中,员工对交流艺术的运用对于及时、准确地了解宾客的个性需求,提高宾客的满意度具有重要作用.

Abstract:Personality service is playing a more and more important role in hotel services with market competition and the change of consuming psychology.Compared with standard service,personality service attaches more importance to supplying customers with mental personal feelings so as to satisfy customers,and the communicative art can help to understand the personal needs of the customers and enhance their satisfaction.
