| 摘 要： | 探讨了文献信息数字化建设背景与现状,对文献信息数字化概念、高科技化、网络化等特征,带来的巨大影响进行了论述。分析了文献信息数字化优点,介绍文献信息数字化建设现状,提出文献信息数字化发展所要解决的问题。针对文献信息数字化建设现状,提出只有稳健实施文献信息数字化建设,才能真正实现文献信息资源共享。

<td align="left" height="25" valign="top" nowrap><b>Abstract:</b></td><td width="92%" align="left" valign="top"><abstract>The construction of Literature Information Digitalization (LID) is related with the accomplishment of promoting national citizens' qualities physically and mentally and wholly building up a well off society. This article discusses the background and situations of the construction of LID, the concept of LID, the characters of high technology and network system and the great effect brought with. It analyzes the advantage of LID, introduces the situation of the construction of LID and proposes the problems to be solved of developing LID. According to the circumstances of the construction of LID, this article proposes that only by constructing LID steadily could the share of literature information resources be realized.</td>
