| 摘 要： | 高校数字图书馆一方面面临着数据量大、并发用户增多的现实;另一方面还要考虑到数字图书馆的信息检索路径为数据库检索,最终信息源为文件级信息的具体状况。这两方面迫使高校数字图书馆对存储的要求进一步提高。通过分析DAS、NAS、SAN三种存储方案各自的特点,论述NAS-SAN融合的网络存储方案既可以实现NAS的文件级信息快速共享功能,又可实现SAN对大量数据块进行快速操作的功能,是适合高校数字图书馆的存储方案。

<td align="left" height="25" valign="top" nowrap><b>Abstract:</b></td><td width="92%" align="left" valign="top"><abstract>Digital library of university should be able to deploy storage that not only faces the huge data and the increasing users access to common data, but also considers the fact that the path of information searching is based on database and the final resources provide a file level interface. By analyzing the unique benefits for Direct Attached Storage (DAS), Storage Area Networks (SAN), and Network Attached Storage (NAS),the integrated NAS and SAN solution is recognized as the most suitable solution for digital library of university. The solution combines NAS and SAN features, this means NAS systems are typically more efficient when serving files while database engines and large block I/O operations typically utilize block interfaces by SAN.</td>
