| 摘 要： | 历史时期,尤其在近代,河南水患频繁,是全国重灾区之一。学术界十分重视近代河南水患问题的研究,如河南省水患资料的搜集整理,研究水患的成因、特点、影响及其救治问题,或就近代水患中的重要事件进行专题探讨等等。当然,在取得丰硕成果的同时,也存在着原始资料挖掘不够、研究主题失衡、研究方法单一等不足。

| Abstract: | In the history ,especially in modern times ,frequent floods in Henan is one of the hardest hit .The academ-ic circles pay attention to the study of modern Henan flood ,such as flood data collection ,causes of floods ,character-istics,effects and treatment problems and so on .There also exist some problems like inadequate original data ,imbal-ance of research topics ,singularity of the research methodology etc . |
