| Abstract: | This article elaborates on the main democratic management forms in university schools or departments,and the relationships that should be solved in the process of democratic management.It is held that the democratic management in university schools or departments is in accord with social needs for adjustment in higher education.It is also a must in the construction of socialist democracy and an important component in the construction of socialist legal system. |
