| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了我国本世纪头二十年的奋斗目标是集中力量全面建设惠及十几亿人口的更高水平的小康社会。全面建设小康社会的根本要求之一就是以人为本、实现人的全面发展。民族教育作为提高各族人民自身素质的根本途径,目前其发展受到种种因素的制约。要实现民族地区的全面小康社会,必须要结合实际,对民族地区的教育事业进行改革与创新,使教育切实为实现民族地区的全面小康社会建设服务。

| Abstract: | The goal of national efforts in the first 20 years in this century put forward in the Party's 16th National People's Congress is to advance China into a moderately prosperous society in a well-rounded way.One of the basis requirements of this great goal is people-oriented and a comprehensive growth of people.National education,as an essential channel to enhance individual calibers of people of all nationalities,is now conditioned by various factors.In order to bring a moderately prosperous society to reality in regions of ethnic groups,we must undertake reforms and innovations on the educational undertakings in regions of ethnic groups and make education serve great construction project. |
