企业转型与路径选择:基于温州女企业家的调查

本文通过对温州女性经营的企业调查,探究我国女企业家参与经济转型升级的路径与转型绩效.研究发现,女性经营的企业主要基于内部成长驱动而选择风险相对较小的内生式转型,其中产品转型对转型绩效发挥主导作用,这种选择是与当前女性经营的中小企业资源能力相匹配的.企业采取不同的转型路径对企业能力增进有显著影响,但对企业财务和市场增长绩效短期内影响不显著.我们认为基于组织成长阶段和资源能力相互匹配的基础上选择合适的路径有利于企业成功转型.

Transformation of Enterprises and the Choice of the Route: Based on a Survey of Women Entrepreneurs in Wenzhou

In this paper, we attempt to study the routes of transformation and performance of enterprises, which is basedon a survey on women-owned businesses in Wenzhou.
