| 摘 要： | 父母离婚后，不与未成年子女共同生活的一方通过合适的方式探视子女，以便更好地履行自己的义务，在当今世界上的多数国家都已有了明确的规定，但是，我国立法上至今尚属空白，这样，就使得解决探视子女纠纷缺乏法律依据。所以，应在我国亲属法中增加探视权制度的内容。

| Abstract: | Many countries have legal systems of visiting the minors after the parents' divorce. In this way, parents can perform their duty properly. In China today, no laws are made for mediating the dispute in visiting one's child under age. Relating regulations need to be added in the laws. |
