| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和文献资料法对杭州市经营性游泳馆运营效益的现状和存在问题进行分析.提出加强游泳馆的宣传和引导,进行成本管理和控制,制定差别税率和减免税政策,构建经营性游泳馆运营中提供公益性体育服务的价值补偿机制等方面的对策建议.
