| 摘 要： | "九五"以来,河北省企业信息化建设取得很大成绩,但也存在一些问题.主要是人才匮乏、资金投入相对不足、信息技术应用程度低、总体水平不高、环境不成熟等.为解决这些问题,必须采取相应措施:诸如加快发展信息产业,大力推广信息技术应用,抓好示范工程,促进电子商务的发展,开设公共服务平台,解决好人才问题等.

| Abstract: | A great achievement has been made in Hebei businesses since the 9th 5-year plan, despite problems that have remained. The principal inefficiency in Hebei is short of personnel, capital investment, low level of information technology, immature environment and the like. Faced with the problems, busi- nesses should do best to take active measures, improve the information technology industry, advocate the application of the information technology, and solve the problems of insufficient number of personnel. |
