| 摘 要： | “编辑学者化”是一个颇有争议的提法。文章通过分析“编辑学者化”提出的背景,编辑队伍的历史和现状,以及新时期对编辑队伍的崭新要求,肯定“编辑学者化”这一提法,对编辑队伍建设和社会主义文化出版事业的发展所起的积极作用。
