| 摘 要： | 目前中国的女性犯罪呈现出以下特点:在主体上以中青年为主,文化程度偏低;在主观方面动机多与“钱”、“情”有关;在客体上呈现出整体集中性和地域分散性的特点;在客观方面行为手段较隐蔽,组织形式开始向独立型发展。女性犯罪的这些特点决定了其危害性很大,不仅危及下一代的健康,可能引发青少年犯罪,而且女性犯罪是导致男性职务犯罪的重要因素。

| Abstract: | At present,women crimes in China have the following characteristics: Young and middle-aged women with lower educational background are the main parts of women crimes,most of which are related with "money" and "emotion".Objectively,women crimes develop from group to individual,while their methods of committing crimes are also becoming hidden.The harm of women crimes are serious,which can jeopardize the health of the next generation,and cause juvenile crimes and delinquency.Furthermore,the women crimes are the main cause of men's crime by taking advantage of duty. |
