国际机制中的国家参与问题析论--以中美两国为例的比较分析

章以中国和美国这两个比较有代表性的国家对国际机制的参与为例进行深入的考察，认为影响一国对国际机制参与的态度的因素主要有：国家利益；国家实力及其在国际体系中的位置；国家对外战略的目标和性质；国际机制自身的性质、功能和变化等因素，使人们从另一个视角来研究国际机制与国家参与。

State-Involvement in International Regimes-A Comparative Analysis with PRC and USA as Examples

International regime is an important sphere in the theoretical studies of contemporary international poh'tics. Exemplifying by PR China and the USA as two representives, the authors attempt to study international regime and state-involvement from another perspective. In the authors' opinion, the main factors influencing the attitude of a country in her involvement in international regime include: national interest; national power and position of the nation in international regime; goal and nature of foreign strategy of the nation; nature and function and change of international regime itself.
