| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪是人类社会的信息时代，这一时代要求每个人必须具备一定的信息素养，作为教育主导因素和教育活动实际施行者的教师也不例外。本文分析了教师信息素养的内容及培养的必要性，并提出了教师信息素养的目标培养模式。
