| 摘 要： | 当今社会的快速发展及变化要求个体要具备健康的生理和心理,本文分别从生理和心理两方面,初步探讨了加强大学生生理健康教育和心理健康教育的必要性,并提出了相应的教育内容和途径,认为高校应该尝试将二者有机结合起来,以促进大学生的综合素质的提高。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of this society calls for an individual to possess physical and mental health. This paper makes a probe into the necessity of intensifying the educating of physical and mental health for college students, and suggests a corresponding education contents and approaches and holds the view that a college should combine both the physical and mental health soundly to enhance the improvement of the comprehensive qualities of college students. |
