教师提高型培训模式的应用研究

摘    要:高中教师培训是继续教育中难度较大的工作。高中教师处于教育改革的前沿,是基础教育中化水平较高的群体。自我实现的需要,追求个人的充分发展,是高中教师接受继续教育的内在动机。在继续教育培训中,从培训方法到课程设置,应突出操作性和发展性特点,选择提高型教师培训模式。

Abstract:The training of teachers in senior middle school is the work with greater degree of difficulty in continuing education. Teachers in senior middle school are in the leading edge of the educational reform with higher education level in the basic education. The need of self-fulfillment and the need to pursue abundant personal development is the intrinsic motivation to take continuing education. The character of operation and development should be highlighted in training methods and courses offered while choosing the improving training mode of teachers.
