| 摘 要： | 受再就业困难,社会保障制度不健全,以及现有土地征收制度不合理因素的影响,我国失地农民的生存状态令人担忧。基于维护农民权益、实现社会稳定、统筹城乡发展的需要,应当从提高农民再就业资金、完善农村社会保障体系、改革土地征收制度三个方面解决失地农民社会保障这一难题。
