| 摘 要： | 目前的事业单位会计集中核算普遍存在着：事业单位财务管理职能弱化、事业单位与核算中心工作配合失调、事业单位财务成本费用增加等方面的问题，应相应地加强事业单位财务管理、提高服务意识和完善会计集中核算制度等。

| Abstract: | There are several problems related to centralized accounting including inefficiency of financial management function, non-cooperation of public institutions and accounting centers and rising of financial cost. Solutions to these problems are given as enhancing financial management in public institutions, raising service awareness and perfecting centralized accounting system. |
