基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的过程控制实验平台

对自动化技术实验室原有的控制系统进行了改革,采用西门子工业自动化产品开发了基于PROFIBUS-DP的过程控制实验平台。经过改造的控制系统实现了对实验装置的集中管理、分散控制。实践表明,该平台提高了实验效率,有利于学生了解目前先进的控制技术,是掌握PLC应用技术、学习过程控制工程、研究控制算法的良好平台。

Process Control Experiment Platform Based on PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus

This paper introduced the innovation of the traditional control system for the automation technology laboratory. The development of the process control platform is based on PROFIBUS-DP, adopting products of Siemens Industrial Automation System. The newly designed control system is able to achieve real time data acquisition, perform distributed control and fulfill system supervising. It is proved that this experiment platform not only makes the process control experiments more manipulative, but also is better for students to get to know the advanced control technologies, such as the practical application of programmable logic controller, the process control engineering and the research of control algorithms.
