应用型高校物流管理人才培养的探讨——基于系统视角

为了使校企合作深度展开,有效培养应用型高校物流管理人才,本文基于系统理论,分析物流管理人才培养的要素及其联系,勾画出物流管理人才培养的系统图,根据系统要素提出应用型高校物流管理人才培养的有效途径,即1）明确人才培养目标;2）设置合理的教学体系,构建有效的评价机制;3）完善教学团队建设,实现知识、信息共享;4）有效利用实训基地,提高学生技能水平。

A Study on Logistics Management Talents Culture of Application Colleges and Universities

Based on the system theory,the paper analyzes the factors and relation of logistics management talents culture and draws the picture of system of it to the deep development of cooperation between school and enterprise and the effective training logistics management talents in the application colleges and universities.And then,according to the system factors,it puts forward to the effective ways of logistics management talents culture in the application colleges and universities.Those are 1）making clear the talent training aim;2）setting the reasonable teaching system and building the effective evaluation mechanism;3）improving construction of the teaching team and sharing knowledge and information;4）making good use of training base and improving the level of students skills.
