摘    要:根据轴承内外圈毛坯的镦锻用开式单点压力机结构特点和轴承毛坯外形特点,设计了自动上下料机械手,机械手主要由机械、气动和电气控制三个子系统组成,该上下料机械手结构简单,操作方便,控制灵活,减轻了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本,具有很高的经济适用价值、广阔市场前景和推广价值。

Abstract:The working principle and schematic design oi the lull auto load and unload manipulator was conducted by the open type single point press's structural features and appearance of the roughcast of bearing rings. The manipulator was composed of mechanical system, pneumatic system and electrical control systems. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and flexible control, reduces the labor intensity, improves the production efficiency, reduces the processing cost, and has high economic value, broad market prospect and promotion value.
