Abstract: | On February 15th, 2012, the United States Federal Ministry of Education launched a project to raise teachers' social status and engineering, namely "Project of Respecting Teachers". From such aspects as classroom teaching, teacher-principal relationship, occupation entry, occupation path, teacher evaluation and development, compensation and so on, this paper summarizes the future trend of teaching staff construction in the United States. |
